Research : Music Magazines in Pakistan

As I mentioned earlier, there is a lack of music magazines in Pakistan.

Even the ones exiting only focus on traditional music and the up and coming bands that take up western genres usually go unnoticed. 

One of Pakistan's music magazines was Bandbaja, an online music magazine.

Formed in 2003 by several college students, it was headed by Pakistani artist and graphic designer, Safwat Saleem. As of 2006 the website was offline.

They only featured Classical Ghazal, Sufi Folk, Qawwali, Pop (Filmi) and Rock (Sufi rock) in their magazine.

I want my magazine to feature the new bands in Pakistan and spread awareness about upcoming shows and gigs.
